Every year, we process over 2 million pounds of rescued surplus & unmarketable vegetables.
Fresh and frozen vegetable produce, as well as pulses and grains, are donated by a committed and growing set of product partners. It's a win-win partnership and we are grateful for it. We help them by taking their unmarketable and surplus vegetables so they don't have to let them rot. They help us by providing the product which we can make into food aid to feed the hungry around the world!
